Episode 4 - tickle punishement:

it is in the cage and his hand are trapped in a bondage mitt. Mistress sugah waked him up and takes him out of the cage. She has it chained up in the bondage table. She starts hitting his nipples with small paddles and a cane. She then uses a leather paddle on him before tickling his feet. Finally she use tickling as a way to punish him.
